Need Help with odd mill path

I have a part where i need to mill a groove on the outside of it.. It almost looks like round groove but the radius is constantly getting smaller from one end to the other and the depth changes. oh...and its along a curve.

i have been trying every function i can think of from milling with a radius key type cutter to trying to mill/turn it with a ball mill.

I don't want to post the cad file on the open web but if anyone can help me i don't mind sending a copy..
