You are probably best to scroll through the development history since the release you are currently using.

What kind of changes are you looking for?

Hi @Anonymous,

As far as I know, nothing news has come in for machine simulation.

Because the Machine Simulation isn't based on NC code but only on Internal toolpath we use HSMSimul.

HSMSimul machinesimulation based on nc file

Soon we will update our website with more info.

Hi,

As I remember I have raised this simulation issues very long ago. That time got the Ticket Number also. But I am not remembering those ticket Numbers. The main issues I am facing is.

  1. 3+2 Machine simulation is not running Continuously. If the Programme having Compound angle machine is not rotating as per that. Then I will change the Coordinate System Z axis perpendicular to the required plane. Then It will work.
  2. But this will take more time consuming. If I have more tool path with multi angle it will be very difficult to handle.
  3. Collision detection is only for name sake. If I have more tool path need to check collision I need to sit and watch continuously where the collision is Highlighting. It will not stop or will not give any log window for the collision area. Moreover that once I activated collision, m/c will run very slow.
  4. In M/c simulation mode there is no option is not available for checking the distance. If we want to check the distance between m/c and job or something else it is not possible in M/c simulation mode. If these things would have been updated it will be useful and can use the M/c simulation very effectively.
