Login email and password no longer recognised

I've been working until yesterday on HSM but today I can't login anymore, it seems that my email is not recognised at all.

Can you help ? I've lost all my plans..

Are u using Inventor HSM?

Do you have a valid license? So subscription or perpetual?

Do you have an internet connection on the PC?

I am using homestyler designer free web version for PC.

It was working yesterday, it is the one that won't be available as of 30th of April.

I would like to be able to extract them.

You are referring to the HomeStyler application.

This is the forum for the HSM CAM applications.

You are probably better of in the general forums with this question.
