Hi, i din't recived the licence number for  HMSEXPRES after i apply the form,

Hi,
I received my license email but its not rendering the HTML correctly in Thunderbird 31.1.2.  All I see is the raw html text that makes no sense.

I submitted the completed form and got the forum email but no lic and no download link.
Nothing in SPAM folder.

The issue with a lot of people is not the time it takes to get the license through. they normally receive the forum invite but the one with the license can be filtered out so they never get it.

I got the forum activation email 30 minutes ago but no licence email as yet. Nothing in the junk folder either. Should I have it by now?
