Latest hotfix update bug on solidworks hsm cam

Installed the latest update offered for solidworks hsm cam and noticed it has issues with angle ramping entry methods. My existing toolpaths were not able to generate till i uninstalled the latest update and installed a previous version

Try it with a slot and with the endmill equal to slot width or 1thou oversized slot coming down with a ramping profile. This was the nature of the programmed feature..

Nope, it does not work, just installed the update and made a simple test part. the version "HSMWorks 2023.2.1 Hot Fix" Dumped my tool path. I will now revert to the previous update again..

It's version HSMWorks 2023 R2.44135
SolidWorks 2022 x64 SP2.0

I asked about this, and it sounds like a fix has already been made for it. We will include that when we have our next update. I'll see if there may be a workaround until that can be made available.

You could try to specify a specific entry point in the operation, to see if that helps work around the issue.
