Inventor HSM tool oriëntation.

Dear, 

Can someone give me some advice on programming a turning (lathe) tool in Inventor HSM (toollibrary).

I cant program the tools as they are clamped in the machine, we make use off an Emco turn 155. (Slopig bed machine). The tool in HSM is upside down, but on the lathe the tool is mounted with the cutting plate facing up.

Do i have to program a left turning tool and select left turn M4?
