INVENTOR HSM 2018 R4 UPDATE

hello, grettings from Venezuela! I'm a Inventor HSM 2018 user's and i work in a company who doesn't have internet connection, so i need the inventor hsm r4 update link because i need a plasma cut feature... and i was looking into the release note web site but the link is for 2019 version.

Is there a reason you can't use the 2019 version?

Yes, i don't know why, but once i installed the 2019 version and the program shows me a lot of error.... so i unistalle the 2019 version and reinstall the 2018 version.
