HSMXpress won't load on Solidworks 2016

I'm trying to use HSMXpress 2016 R1.40235 on Solidworks 2016 sp0.1, Windows 10, but if I enable HSMXpress addin, solidworks stop responding.

I shut it down, and start solidworks again and get this message.

Looks like you're running Win10. I've seen this issue when SolidWorks was set to run in Win7 or Win8 Compatibility mode. Disable that if you have it configured to see if it helps.

I made some tests using compatibility options.
The only way to get work is change compatibility to Windows 7
