Generating a radius at the end of turning a profile

I am turning the od of a pc. of bar stock. At the end of the turn the tool comes up to the stock od and generates a radius to the rough stock od. This is not necessary because the stock comes  off when I flip the part and do the next side. How can I stop this? I checked  the sharp corner box but It still happens. This is a problem if I am chucking close to the jaws.

A picture or file would help, but it could be your lead-out radius. I usually have it set to 0. See pic.

Also what do you have your top set at, try model top.

I guess you are seeing that the confinement boundaries are contact boundaries and not hard containments.

As well as the bug that sharp corners didn't make the corners sharp.

The latter is fixed in the upcoming release I believe.(Don't ask me when that lands)

The first is a little more convoluted and is still a point of discussion between users and developers on how that should be tackled.

hey guys,

currently the back z limit limits the tool nose center point which is why it insists on rounding the corner. we are currently working on giving the user the option to either use the back z limit as a hard limit or as a limit for the tool contact point. this will be implemented in an upcoming release.
