error Message : Failed to load HSMworks add-in

Hello i install HSMexpress in my computer windows 8.1 (working in solidworks 2017) but add-in is not loaded in solidworks after many uninstall and reinstall the problem still persiste , and i decide to install HSMworks and this time i have this error message "Failed to load HSMworks add-in please reinstall HSMworks " i reinstall HSMworks many time but the problem is the same ;

any solution please ??

HSMworks version is HSMWorks2017-R3.41577-x64.exe

solidworks 2017 premium SP02

Hi i resolve the probleme you must reinstall all microsoft c++ redistribuable from official website (uninstall yours first)

and install update for you windows : KB 2919442, KB2919355, KB2932046, KB2959977, KB2937592, KB2938439, and KB2934018.

restar your pc and reinstall HSMworks and injoy it
