Circular Interpolation G02 / G03 wrong output BUG

Hi

I programmed a part yesterday and the outside radius of the part was 0.030" (0.75mm) offset at the top. Why did this happen?

The simulation show the tool is offset.

I've attached the parts in inventor 2016 format with the wrong toolpath.

To make the part the right way I had to draw 2 arc then click the scetch to have the right output.

What's the problem???

 thank you

Hi Jeff

Here's the code

The post I'm using is from the genereic fanuc with ALOT of modifications to fit my needs (my cnc's are CTEK brand (taiwan)).

But the post shouldn't be the problem as the error is also present in HSM express 2016 simulation.

I've check the coords in the output code and the center of the arc is 0.001" offset in X axis and 0.031" offset on the Y axis. I checked the radius and it's the good one.

The first line with the error is at line 27 (N125) in the code.

thank you

I have reported this to development on ticket CAM-4369. I'm not sure if it is the same issue that was fixed in HSMWorks, I just know it’s still a problem in the latest development release of Inventor HSM.
