Brother Speedio Probing **** CRUSHED PROBE *******

I am using Solidwork 2021 Professional with HSMworks.  I tried using the probing and I completely lost!  

1. I am using G58 as my main work offset. 

2. Then Probing to re-establish G54.1 as my new work offset for this example.

3. Then running a Face operation under G54.1.

I crushed my probe using this!  Not looking for sympathy just help!  I don't understand why things don't just work like the HSM works?  Really getting aggravated and need more support other than typing and waiting 4 weeks for a reply.  Is there a better way to get answers than searching for the proper answer.  Please don't think I'm being snippy I'm just lost and don't understand why these things aren't hashed out before they release software.  Maybe it's on my side but I don't understand if it is.  Thanks in advance!
