Sub Program call option rather than machine home

Would it be possible to add the ability to call up a sub program beginning and end of each operation instead of using the machine home position? I use what I call a safe start program beginning and end of each operation that sends the machine to a safe place and does other things like turn off coolant and cancels canned cycles. The idea being that I can start in the middle of the program at a safe start with peace of mind, knowing  I am starting the operation with a "Clean Slate."

This would be considered a custom modification to the post and the posts available in the post library are considered "stock" posts that will work for most users.  The good news is that you can make this change yourself since all post processors are open source and can be edited by the customers. 

For this change you will want to look into the writeRetract function in the post processor (.cps).  This is where all retracts and moves to the home position are handled.  You can find documentation on the writeRetract function in the Post Processor Training Guide in Section 4.27.5 writeRetract.
