I would like to request a generic Fanuc post processor for a 5 axis horizontal boring mill. There are many variants of this exact machine made by several manufacturers, mine happens to be a Doosan ACE DB 130. I have attached a photo of the axis configuration for reference. The B axis and W axis are generally put into a position with the g54 work offset setting at the machine control and left as is for machining. There are no 5 axis moves needed only 3 axis at a time. I have attached the post that I have found is the closest matching to what I need but it still does not include support for the W axis. This leads to issues if for instance the tools were touched off with the W at a set location and then the W was moved for some reason, there is no way that the post calls for the axis to go to its g54 position (g54 g0 w0.0 b0.0) which could potentially lead to a crash. After browsing through the forums there appear to be several users who are experiencing the same issues with these particular boring mills.
