Changes to Boxford post processor

I am a PLTW CIM teacher and I am in need of a post processor for my Boxford 190VMCxi. I am running Boxford V10 Cad/Cam Design Tools software.

I used the generic post that comes with Inventor HSM but it writes canned cycles that my machine does not support. I included a document with the G codes my machine accepts.

I am including the Inventor part file, the Boxford generic.gmm post, and a .gmm file that was used in years past that was written using Edgecam and a prolight 1000 post. I also used the Intelitec post processor for PLTW. I had to remove the ; and replace them with ( ) . but when I converted it from a .NC to a .box the machine replaced some of the radii with larger values.

I cannot attach a .gmm file so I included the information on the word doc as text

It was recommended to me that I mill in rastering mode. Not sure what that means.

Thanks for your help.

There is no word document so I'm not sure what actually is the problem.

Is the boxford post you find here not working?

Bump - I am happy to ping the team and have them get this going for you.

It sounds like it is as simple as adding an option to the stock boxford post to specify if  canned cycles are supported.

Moving to "under review" in advance of separating out the post ideas from the general software requests. This was a batch process. So, this particular idea may still be archived.
