Vision CNC Post Processor

I just started working with a sign company that uses a Vision  2448 Router (http://www.visionengravers.com/products/cnc-routers.html). I contacted the company today to see if they offered any support outside of their Vision software and of course they said no. How do I request a post processor for it?

Thank you for the help. I was finally able to get around to testing it today. When I ran a test job the X & Y worked great but Z didn't move. I have never edited a post processor before, where do I start trying to fix it? Thanks.
