Postprocessor for STYLE BT1500E milling machine

Hi,

I did search the forum but couldn't find an answer.

We bought a Style BT1500E CNC milling machine and want to use fusion 360.

We need a compatible postprocessor. Is this available?

What info is needed to be able to make the postprocessor?

Thanks in advance!

I've never seen one of these before, done a search and they look cool though 🙂

It looks like it is a custom control on the machines? Do you have some working sample code you could share? We can then find the closest post processor for you and see what modifications are needed (if any)

Cheers

It's a Dutch Machine builder! Have gone bankrupt a coupe of times, but they keep crawling back up. Cool machines indeed.

Think the Fanuc or RS274 are quite close.

Possibly @Anonymous has one for sale.

Hi, Thank you for the info, I'am already in contact with CNCmachineworks. Big chance they will provide the postprocessor.

Great to hear.

They know what they are doing there and should be able to help you with programming as well if needed.

Hi Klaas.

What is your status on the postprocessor. Did it work out with CNCmachineworks?

Does your postprocessor work on the Style BT1500 ???

I'm very interested in the postprocessor because we also have a Style BT1500

You can contact me via arjan [at] cam-consult.com. I have multiple BT1500s with multiple softwareversion and multiple options running with a postprocessor for Fusion 360/Inventor HSM
