Post processor for Laguna Plasma CNC

How could I go about creating a post processor for a CNC plasma not listed within Autodesk's library? Here are some specs I received from Laguna and a sample g code is attached.

I found a Torchmate post that was very similar to what is needed for the Laguna Plasma table and modified it to work for the Laguna. Hopefully this helps anyone looking for a post for the Laguna Plasma cutters. Attached is the post file and the following sample program.
