Hi @metalnorte.ba ,

The Fanuc post processor has machine simulation capabilities, which should function smoothly without any problems. If you haven't made any modifications to the machine kinematics within the post, it should work seamlessly.

However, please be aware that if you do make changes to the kinematics and then attempt to assign the same post to the machine, you may encounter an error. To help us identify the root cause more easily, could you kindly provide a screenshot of the error message?

Thanks,

Hi @KrupalVala
Thank you for your time and help.
I haven't changed anything on the machine.
It shows this message "Duplicate NC. Macro Instruction" but in portuguese as you can see at the uploaded.

All I have for now is it. The machine came with few programs insine and it all are working. But when I make a posto process on Fusion it doesn't work properly.

Thanks again

Angelo

Hi @metalnorte.ba ,

I believe this error is related to macro programming. Could you kindly share the sample code you've generated using Fusion? I assume you're using a generic post processor. If not, you can download one from here.

Thanks,

Hi @KrupalVala

Here is the code I am using. Hope this can help us find the problem. Also when I generate the code the post process tab on fusion apear an exclamation but doesn't show the problem as you can see attached.

Thanks

@metalnorte.ba

Can you post an example of a working program from the machine to compare the output to?

You can also try to delete the 2nd G94 as shown:

If this does not fix the problem and the generic posts are not providing the required output, I offer post processor development services and happy to work out a solution for your machine! Message me if I can be of further assistance.
