Post Pro DMU50 evol year 2000 with TNC 426 heidenhain

Hello,

I am looking for a pro post for a DM50 evolving year 2000 equipped with a 426 - 430 Heidenhain drive. Knowing that the downloadable pro-version 426 of Heidenhain does not work on the rotation control of axes B and C.

Thank you

The 426 post processor does work, you just have to set it up correctly.

Read about that here: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/hsm-post-processor-forum/how-to-set-up-a-4-5-axis-machine-configurati...

Bonjour,

J'ai bien lu le forum, mais dans le post-porcesseur heidenhain 426, je ne trouve pas l'étape 5 et la ligne "optimizeMachineAngles2(1); // TCP disabled", je ne sais pas quoi modifier.

Merci.

Olivier Quétier

Step 5:

optimizeMachineAngles2(0); // TCP enabled (eg. M128, TRAORI, G43.4, G243)
optimizeMachineAngles2(1); // TCP disabled (eg. M128, TRAORI, G43.4, G243)

  • With this option you can decide if your machine has TCP capabilities for 5 axis simultaneous machining or not.

It's this line: optimizeMachineAngles2(0); // using M128 mode

Bonjour,

Have you tested if the 3+2 movements work correctly?

Oui, les 5 mouvements fonctionnent.

C'est le post-pro qui ne génère pas le code. C'est la que se trouve le problème.

The problem you have now is a safety feature.

But before we try to solve that.

Does the 3+2 work? (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgwctDi3ZPA)

So does the rotation of the axis when just doing 3 axis milling work correctly on the machine?

If that is tested we can help solve the 5-axis simultaneous issue.

Bonjour,

Oui, j'ai tester tout ces éléments, le problème c'est l'écriture du programme par le post pro pour les fonctions swarf et multi-axis contour.

Merci
