Post Issue Mazak 510C-II

Having issues with the generic Mazak post for our VMC.  I cannot run a chip breaking tapping cycle.  Not sure what is not allowing it but it returns an error when trying to post that I have not used a WCS.  I can use the other tapping cycles but not a chip breaking cycle.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That cycle isn't set-up in the post processor.

Does your machine support this cycle? And do you know how to program it?

Yes, I can program it in mazatrol as I am currently running parts with it in like that.  Looked through the post as well and there was nothing noting anything about a pecking style tap cycle.

Can you explain us how the cycle would have to look like?

Is it almost the same as the standard tapping cycle? Or is it totally different?

To be honest I am not sure how it would look in G-code.  The way the conversational does it by a retract depth.  It will tap to a set "peck" depth then reverse spindle out to the orient and then tap to the next "peck" depth, rinse repeat until your final tap depth.  Not sure if that is what you are asking with how it would look.
