Hi guys, I am having trouble with posting a tapered thread to my Okuma with osp100 control. I have programmed everything in fusion to what seems right but can't get my machine to stop alarming when I try to run it. Not sure what is wrong, anybody have a good post processor for this control or can someone modify the generic okuma turning post for this? Attached is my part/program.

I know this is old but have you found a solution to this yet? If not I may be able to help. DM me if you still need help.

Thanks,

Thanks for checking, yes we have fixed the issue, we paid silverhawk to program a complete, proper post for our okuma lathe, it’s been working fine now.

To be honest, anywhere from free with a reseller support contract, to just charged by the hour, to $1.000-$5.000 all-in depending on the reseller and the needed post.
