Are you looking to simply swap G0 Axx for G0 Bxx ?

Yes, that's right. I just modified the post to output to the B-axis, but when I extract the NC DATA after writing the toolpath, it comes out as the A-axis.

Try adjusting your machine definition within fusion. If your B-axis is along the X axis then you will need to change the coordinate to "B" and set the orientation to "Around X".
