We have a Hurco Vm10i, i have made  a program and posted it with the standard Hurco post. it does not use G0 for rapids in the X & Y axis only the Z. The program runs ok apart from this issue . The coolant also comes on at then tool change height.

I then Posted it with the Hurco 3D Post, it gives an alarm with M25. and will not run.

any ideas for either post?

is one of these posts only for older Hurcos?

Thanks in Advance

Hello,

Thanks for posting. I have just posted a file using the generic Hurco post processor and can see rapids in XYZ.

You could also try changing the output to BNC mode to see if that gives a more desired result. You can do this by changing the property shown below:

Thanks,

that fixed that problem, but now it puts G75 in the code which the m/c doesn't like.

Is there a way to turn the coolant on as the tool gets nearer to the part?

Thanks

Did you ever get this issue resolved?  If so how?
