HSMWorks Program Sends Machine Outside of Limits

I am setting up a 4th (A) Axis on a machine with a Heidenhain iTNC 530 control and the machine wants to go outside of its limits in the X and Y when running any multi axis tool paths. The program simulates in HSMWorks okay and the block form is within the machines limits. I can manually move the machine to the coordinates that fail in the program with the same preset.

Does anyone have any experience and suggestions on trouble shooting or solving this problem?
