High School looking for Techno Isel CNC wood lathe post processor

I am a high school Tech Ed teacher and we just recently got our Techno Isel CNC wood lathe working again. I am having trouble finding a post processor to create code to run this machine. I tried a post from another forum member but it gives the following error:

I dont think my machine is a da vinchi machine. The only information on the machine states it is a Techno isel

I know very little about this machine but do have other classes using a small CNC Pro light metal lathe. So I am somewhat familiar with CNC lathes I just need to find a post for this particular machine. Thank you ahead of time for taking the time to look into this for our school district.

Hi @kwertmanX3F6N,

Can you provide information on what make and model the controller is?  The controller should have a brand name somewhere.  If necessary, you could take a picture of the machine tool and controller and attach them to this forum post to provide more details.

I am also looking for a post for my Techno-Isel lathe. I am told (by Techno) that it is basically the same as the Techno CNC Router but with X and Z axis support for turning.

Let me know what information you need to write a post or change/modify the router post to work for turning. I have a lathe that I would love to be able to create parts for in Inventor.

We think we got a post working. I’ll send it to you at school tomorrow. Unfortunately we had issues with our spindle motor now taking a crap. We ordered a part today to hopefully get it fixed.

Could you please send the post processor when you get a chance? Attach it here for others to find? I hope you have been able to fix your machine.

Give that a shot. We are still not up and running. Waiting for parts to get the spindle going again.
