Heidenhain iTNC 530 4-axis

Hello!

I need a Heidenhain iTNC 530, 4-axis post-processor for Inventor CAM 2022 that supports simultaneous machining. The A-axis rotates around the X-axis, which is a dividing head. I've tried modifying a basic Heidenhain post-processor but haven't been successful. Can anyone help
