I would like to ask if someone have any idea how to add/activate supporting of 4-axis programming to that post (Wrap toolpath) to not get error like below?

Stack dump:

Even if "has 5-axis" is on exporting gcode still fails. For test I used "Wrapped Pocked - Complete" form tutorial projects.

Hi,

postprocessor is set correctly. First question which i need know. Do you have a 5 axis machine or machine with 4 axis additional table?

On a 5 axis machine Table / Table you cannot do this. Because kinematics of this machine cannot do this.

If you have 4 axis machine with a rotary axis around a X axis, i will recomended use another postprocessor like Fanuc A axis.

Postprocessor for VMC is for another kinematics, then example which you want proceed.

Check this. If you set some non real values for limit A xis in VMC it will works.

It is only example that problem is in a A axis limitation.

I checked like you point of it (limits 9999), its work. Setup are 4 axis machine with a rotary axis around a X axis. Still not sure its safe enought need to check it. Control unit FANUC 0i

If you have a Doosan with A axis post FANUC - Inverse Time and A-axis will works. I have many experience with Doosan in my area.

This post (sometimes with some modification) im using still.
