Well I think your B-axis is the problem.

The post only seems set-up for Live tooling and Y-axis. Not the B-axis.

In the post the B-axis is defined as the linear movement for the Sub Spindle.

But you have the DMG CTX beta 1250 TC which has the rotary B-axis milling head.

Pretty tricky to add all that logic in there.

So the Siemens Mill-turn post might be a better starting point: https://cam.autodesk.com/hsmposts?p=siemens_mill-turn

With this setting:

var gotBAxis = false; // B-axis always requires customization to match the machine specific functions for doing rotations

Changed to

var gotBAxis = true; // B-axis always requires customization to match the machine specific functions for doing rotations

I made this adjustment.

I think I know what's wrong.

I'm on vacation now and can't try anything. After I go back to work I'll write what's wrong.

Thanks for the help Laurens.

Excuse me for my English.

Look at MESSAGE 4 from this thread.
