Code for Adjusting the Points for Rotary Heads and Singularity Issue

Is the code written in sections 7.3 and 7.4 which refer to the section headings in the title above of the Post Processor Training Guide available for copy and paste or download ?

Is there anybody that can help with implementing sections 7.3 and 7.4 into our post processor, paid support or otherwise  ?
