In HSMWorks, it would be very helpful to have a feature users could enable which would show a pop up for the descriptions of the operations on the CAM tab at the top of the screen. There are some informative pop ups when navigating within the actual operations, but I often have to consult the HSMWorks help index for choosing the proper machining strategy to begin with (contour vs. pencil vs. flow, etc.).
This would help both new and experienced users alike, and I feel like it would be easy to implement.
