Face grooving tool cutting diameter limits

My face grooving tool is curved and by definition has a minimum and maximum cutting radius otherwise sad days ahead. It seems that in the tool definition you could set a toggle to add maximum and minimum dimensions that, when set, could be checked against for crash potential.

@jodgey Usually those value's only count for the first cut. 

After that most tools allow all other diameters.

So I would be more for a way to force the entry diameter.

@Laurens-3DTechDraw that is true most tools I have after you open up the groove you are no longer restricted.  I agree that being able to force the first cut would really help out.

Another possibility  would be to have the option to start in the center and work out.  That may also not cover all situations but would likely cover many of them.
