I don't quite understand.

1. Cutting speed is not the same as rotational speed.
2. Speed parameters are defined in the operations panel.

First you mean Inventor 2025, correct?

So if you check the AD site on compatibility the only IVCAM that is supported is 2025 for Inventor 2025, that could be the issue that you are using IVCAM 2019...???
