HSMWorks 2017 R3 Unusable

As the title states this is unusable. I get these same two errors on any new Job creation or editing existing jobs.

Please try HSMWorks2017-R3.41548 / January 30, 2017. New Tube Stock feature was broken in previous development release.

I don't see a place to download that on cam.autodesk.com anymore. Unless I manually navigate to http://cam.autodesk.com/download/HSMWorks.
