Autodesk Distributed CAM 11.1.0.42096

Autodesk Distributed CAM 11.1.0.42096 is now available.

There was a problem with Distributed CAM that would cause it to use CPU all the time. This has been fixed with this release.

Also fixed annoying error during install (I think). But just let me know if you do see more errors.
