 [Golaem]: GOLM 2026.0.0.F user license not found: this product has not been registered with the licensing service yet.
[Golaem]: GOLM 2026.0.0.F CLMHub license not found: Generic license checkout error.

 

 

once software is loaded user get this error

 

user has m&e license

 

Does Golaem need some url whitelisting through proxy we currently have all the autodesk required whitelisting

Hello, yeah the pit needs to be registered on each computer. This is done during the install process of Golaem, so if it was not installed for each computer, this explains the issue.
Here is the command to launch to register Golaem on each user computer (the pit file is in the golaem plug-ins directory):
/opt/Autodesk/AdskLicensing/Current/helper/AdskLicensingInstHelper register --prod_key D24R1 --prod_ver 2026.0.0.F --config_file $pitFilePath --lic_method USER --eula_locale en_US​
