Hi,
I'm trying to use Myautodesk website. For most of great fonctions it provides us, I don't have any problem. I just have one : when I click on a dxf file, to directly see it inside the My autodesk editor/viewver, some lines are hidden... I don't know why...
You can find here 2 screenshots. One with the missing lines. And another one taken in Qcad, the software my father uses to draw the dxf I use.
Thanks a lot for your help !
Florent

Hello Thouret,
Thanks for posting your question. Can you share more details with us on what Myautodesk website is? Can you share the link? Can you also share a screenshot that shows the dxf file along with the WEB Site URL?
Thanks for getting us more details and have a great day.
My mistake.... it's not MyAutodesk... It's Myhub.autodesk360 !
Here is the shared link:
I tested on IE, and the problem is the same. I downloaded the file from IE and onpened it in Qcad : it's correct.
I also tried to export the file into dwg format and upload it to the project.
Here is the link :
Same problem...
Hello Thouret,,
Thanks for the update. Not sure what QCAD does to the DWG, but you had multiple layers set to color 255, 255, 255 and that will not show up. I changed them to color 7 and they all work now. Give that a try in QCAD and then try uploading again, and it should work.
Hope this helps and have a great day.
Great !!! It works. With a white layer, the color isn't inverted. But with a black color it is. So it works 🙂
Thanks a lot !
Glad we could help and have a great day.
