Upload in a loop

Hello,

I have a big problem.
I have 3 objects in the continuous loop in Fusion 360.
I have already tried all the tips I found on the internet, but to no avail.
Don't know what to do anymore.
Did any of you already have this problem? many thanks in advance

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with upload on Fusion 360?

Could you kindly provide bit more details ?
specifically - Uploading from Fusion Desktop application or from web Browser ?
If from web browser -
Please share if
Any error messages you are getting on web browser?
Browser Type and version
File size and file type
Web URL from your browser

If upload action is from Fusion Desktop Application?
Please try to access "Job status" dialog and cancel upload. Retry upload This will help to troubleshoot issue. Please refer attached image with my reply to access Job status dialog in Fusion Desktop aaplication

Thank you for your reply. the files are hanging in the fusion desktop application. They can't be found anywhere else either. I've already reinstalled Fusion twice. I also deleted the files and folders in the user/appdata.... Cache emptied. All without success

Hello Martin
                    Thank you for information .
Could you please follow below listed two cases sequentially and Steps ? 

A] Update Fusion Desktop application to latest one.
B] Try below steps on Latest Fusion Desktop application.

  1. Launch updated Fusion latest version 2.0.20508 or newer.
  2. Go Offline (manual switch)
  3. Close Fusion
  4. Delete the following file 
    • Windows: AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\<user ID> login_ActiveDocuments file
    • Mac: /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Neutron Platform/Options/<user id>/login_ActiveDocuments file 
  5. After successfully completed step-4,   Launch Fusion.
  6. In Data panel Editable Document list should be empty
  7. Mark a single document editable
  8. Go Online
