Unable to create milestone (possible bug)

About 1-2 months ago I've noticed an error when trying to save project with milestone checkbox checked and/or trying to create milestone manually; I thought it's a server issue but it seems like it persists.

I've tried:

1. Saving project via ctrl+S or File menu while checking "milestone" checkbox - version is saved normally, but no milestone is created.

2. Creating milestone on existing version in history tab - getting "Fusion Team Error Message" (screenshot attached).

3. Creating milestone via web interface - getting "Could not create milestone, please try again." error (screenshot attached).

Got idea that it may be somehow connected to personal license, but haven't found such limitations and I've also created milestones before.

Am I missing something or it's a bug?

I have the same problem here, not completely frustrating but an inconvenience nonetheless.

@bnitran24 @shtanko_andrey

1. Which version of Fusion are you currently on?
2. The next time you get this error in Fusion can you collect logs?

Go to Fusion - help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility - Gather system info - attach the Fusiondiagnosticsdata.zip

@shtanko_andrey Thanks for the logs.

We are having @karina.harper looking into this and the logs will certainly help.

Thank you @shtanko_andrey

I was able to reproduce this and log this to the relevant team - you were correct that this appears to be an issue specifically with Personal license users. Hopefully we can get this fixed soon.

Cheers,

Karina
