Hi @whitney_major

Could you please check the project security type in Fusion 360 by clicking on the home icon as shown below? Folder level file share option is not yet enabled please check whether you are able to share the file in open/ closed security type.

If you are still facing the issue please do refer to the following article "Share public link option greyed out in Fusion 360"

Thanks & Regards

I habe tried resetting all those listed and even default resetting nothing

Hi @whitney_major
Thank you for the response
Could you please check the project security type? The share option is not available for folder-level security types.

Is the share icon greyed out for all the files? Please create a new project open/closed and check whether you are able to share the file. Also, please check in the Fusion team(Browser) on the share option?
Please send us a screenshot of the error message!

Thanks & Regards
Praise Tom

How do I check the project security type. If I create a new project that is
not in the folder it still does not have sharing as an available option.

It does not have the home icon as you have shown. It is an educator license

@whitney_major  go to fusion desktop app > go to data panel > go the project of your interest > click on the small globe icon (appears next to project's name) > you'll be re-directed to Fusion Team web > go to home page there and see the list as demonstrated by Praise Tom.
