Team Hub and Single User-Storage Issues

Hi,

I am facing problems joining a Team on Fusion 360. I have an older pre-2019 account and was invited by a recently created account to join our institute's Team. Upon receiving the invitation I was not able to find the team anywhere (Fusion 360 Online, MacOs App, Windows App, myhub.autodesk360)

  1. Tried migrating old project files (very few and small files) via Hub Onboarding page. The migration was never finished.
  2. When using https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/teamhubonboarding to create a new team now, I get the following error message: "It looks like the requested service is currently unavailable. Please try again."
  3. When I now access the link from the team invitation email, I am no longer referred to myhub.autodesk360.com but to mykth627.autodesk360.com - what I assume is my Fusion Team Hub. However, the page seems to be broken - it's nearly blank. See screenshot below.

Overall this is a more-than-disappointing experience.

When using the Team Onboarding page, I get this error message (see below). I have tried everything from logging out, to restarting and reinstalling. Nobody from Support here to help?

Similar, not same, errors reported by this user:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-collaborate/unable-to-access-fusion-360-on-desktop-and-web...

However, the cause is potentially the same. Maybe resetting my Teams setup from the system administration side could help. Unfortunately, the live chat couldn't help me.

Problem is resolved, but I don't know what the solution was. If @robert.filiks knows more, I'll be happy to accept that info as the solution 🙂

The issue was related directly to the account, there were two identifiers associated with one e-mail address in the system. We fixed it by manually correcting entries in the system, if someone has the same problem with another account, they have to contact support.
