Hi,
I am facing problems joining a Team on Fusion 360. I have an older pre-2019 account and was invited by a recently created account to join our institute's Team. Upon receiving the invitation I was not able to find the team anywhere (Fusion 360 Online, MacOs App, Windows App, myhub.autodesk360)
- Tried migrating old project files (very few and small files) via Hub Onboarding page. The migration was never finished.
- When using https://myhub.autodesk360.com/g/teamhubonboarding to create a new team now, I get the following error message: "It looks like the requested service is currently unavailable. Please try again."
- When I now access the link from the team invitation email, I am no longer referred to myhub.autodesk360.com but to mykth627.autodesk360.com - what I assume is my Fusion Team Hub. However, the page seems to be broken - it's nearly blank. See screenshot below.
Overall this is a more-than-disappointing experience.
