Read Access Denied Shared Project Hub

We have a shared project in our team hub that I and another member have lost access to. When I try to open the project folder, it briefly shows the contents, then bounces back with the blue banner -  "read access denied" Not sure what has changed. I think we all recently had a fusion update. We reinvited everyone and gave permissions to everyone, but still the same issue. Only one team member is able to access the project.

 

Anyone ideas on how to fix this? Thanks
