Shame the DM system is broken.
I am sure Autodesk must have regular backups in case of hacking and malware attacks. I guess you can trace the account from the link that notified me of the sharing.
I have an email: "Invitation to join PhD CAD Work project on Fusion" on 2024-07-19 at 15:12. (I could include the link, if it helps, but I don't think the system will accept it).
This is a disaster. They were all the experimental facility drawings from a 3-year DPhil project in engineering, a project that we may want to continue with other students in future. They were shared with me so they should have been safe. I have checked my emails - I never had any warning that they were likely to be deleted.
This all stems from Autodesk's unwillingness to provide either a long-term offline backup facility or a permanent cloud repository for users' data. Yes, I know one can export individual assemblies to .f3z files but I have not the time to go through the project looking for any file that could be a separate assembly and exporting them all individually, it's completely ridiculous. It doesn't encourage one to use Fusion 360.
Please sort it out.
Thank you
