Mirrored Assembly Issues with Tapped Hole Features

Hey guys, I'm wondering if I'm the only one having these issues lately? I've had a few parts I've had to sketch recently and every time I draw up the right-hand and mirror it for a left-hand assembly, it messes half the holes up for some reason... I'm not sure if this may just be something from the latest update, but it's really annoying when trying to make prints, because it messes them all up. It doesn't even show it on the mirrored design, and on the prints it's calling the tapped holes from the bottom up instead of the top down. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
