Hello All,
I am using the free/hobbyist version and I am working on a design that I intend to use a CNC Mill to cut. During the design I wanted to use Fasteners. To do so F360 said I need to switch to a Team Hub. I created the team hub, continued working on my design. However, when I switch to the Manufacture space and try to create a setup using the same CNC Router I've used before, I get the following message:
"Cannot load machine model
The model for the selected machine does not exist on the current Team Hub.
Creating references between Team Hubs is not supported.
To use the machine model the model must be moved to the current Team Hub.
This can be done by exporting the machine and reimporting a copy."
And now with my trying to switch back and forth between Team and my local account I've just lost hours of work because F360 locked my design and wouldn't let me save it.
Extremely frustrated at this point.
How do I resolve the issue with my CNC Router not being available for use when in Team mode?
EDIT: For clarity, I did do the export, and an upload of the exported file. I see the CNC router when I'm in the Team's Admin project, but I still get the same message.
Thanks in advance,
