Lost three days of work

I worked on a project since the 29th of December and everything I did is now gone.  I absolutely saved my work numerous times over those three days but nothing was there when I returned to work on it again.  Oh how disturbing this is, but not as disturbing as trying to reach someone that can assist me in recovering what was lost.  More over, there isn't even a number to call to get technical support.  Very frustrating.

I am certain that I will be able to reproduce my work, but why should I have to?  Oh, and what is really bothersome is waiting for the other foot to drop, losing my next three days of work and not knowing what went wrong to prevent it in the future.

Online help is ok, but I am old school and would really like a phone contact.

Good day @4mrnavy,

Is the entire project missing or just the files that you were working on?

And do you share the Fusion Team with other people?

Is anything showing in your data pannel?

I still have the project files, just lost 3 days of work.  I am a single user.  The panel shows the file with a 3-day older date.

F360 keeps a local backup until it is uploaded.

You can check the local cache and see if there isn't a newer version there.

If 3rd party software deleted these files before F360 could up them then they are most likely gone.

This has not been resolved.  Admittedly, I failed to meet up on zoom when scheduled, but asked for a new scheduled meeting and two requests have gone unanswered.  Maybe this note will promote the open issue further.

Yes. It is CaseNo:19910368. I didn't answer right away because I had a zoom meeting scheduled for today, thought it might get taken care of there. The technician that contacted me didn't know it was for fusion 360 so it is moving along to someone else now. This is very frustrating just trying to get tech support for a paid subscription that has failed.
