I cannot move or delete designs ...

I'm trying to move designs (either in Fusion 360 or on the web) from one project to another or delete designs and folders entirely and I keep getting the message  "Cannot [move or delete] selected data. Data is in use or relationships exist on selected data."

However this does not appear to be true, and I don't have the design open in Fusion 360.  When I look at the project details on the web there are no design references on the designs I'm trying to move. Below are screenshots of one of those designs that I can neither move or delete.

Any ideas what's happening?

Looks like the design is referencing external(Linked) components.
Have you tried opening the main design and deleting the external components, then save and delete?
