Hub invitation browser Error: Too many redirects

Hi Everyone,

I just got a student licence for fusion. Installed fusion, and got prompted to accept an invitation that I have been sent via email.

My problem is if I click on the Link in said email, my browser throws an error, stating there would be too many redirects. I have added a photo below.

Thanks for your help.

Hello @mayerjustin444 ,

Greetings!!

Please try the below steps to resolve the issue that you are facing:

  1. Open the Safari app on your Mac.
  2. Choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
  3. Click Manage Website Data.
  4. In the search field, enter the name of the website that is giving too many redirects error.
  5. When the website is found, select it.
  6. Click Remove. Click Done and exit Preferences.
  7. Now immediately force quit Safari. To do this, choose Quit from the app’s menu in the menu bar, or press Command-Q.

Now visit the redirecting website to see if your problem is fixed

Additionally , you can open the same link on some other browser (Microsoft Edge/Chrome) to check if you are getting the same error on other browsers.

Let us know if this helped to resolve the probelm.

Thanks for your fast answer.

I tried the steps but it did not work. Even tried on Chrome and Firefox on my Mac as well as on my Phone.

On every device/browser the same error occurs.

Hi @mayerjustin444 - we cleared the old invitation we found listed with your account.  Please try the login again - our expectation is that you will be asked to create a hub.  Please let us know!
