How do I move a hub from a former employee?

Hi team,

How can I move a hub from a former employee under my ID? If I cancel the former employees subscription, will I loose access to all the data saved in the hub he as administrating?

I hope you have login credential of formal employee if yes please try transfer project from former employee hub to your hub.
