Fusion Team Contract Assignment to a Hub

I cannot assign Fusion Team contracts to a hub, clicking the access now link on the products and services page takes you to the page for another contract. I have 4 contracts for Team and all the links take you to the same page for the very first contract I purchased.

This has been ongoing for several weeks now.

Ben,

The Fusion team contract assignment page lists all the contracts owned/purchased by the contract manager. So clicking on the Access Now link below every contract in account management page will take you to the same page listing all the contracts purchased by you. Are you not seeing all the contracts in the Fusion team contract assignment page with a link to Assign contract next to each contract? If thats not the case, can you check if a seat is assigned to you in these contracts? If not, please assign a seat and check back the contract assignment page after sometime, say 30 mins. Keep us posted.

On the fusion team contract assignment page, I only see one contract. I do already have a seat assigned to myself, but for test purposes have just tried assigning all seats to myself, so far that hasn't helped.
Can you also help explain the licensing requirements for team? I was under the belief that all users of the team hub need a team seat. However, users without a team seat do appear to have access? Since I am unable to assign all my seats to the hub, I do get the message that I have exceeded my seats, but it doesn't appear to have affected functionality.
